Amy Graham

Hello, my name is Amy Sahf! I am a commercial general contractor, gov’t bidding specialist and business coach/consultant. I have helped hundreds of businesses grow, including three of my own, and I’m passionate about helping contractors succeed. My grandfather, father and brother ran and operated the family plumbing business, so I have inside knowledge of what it takes for contractors to start, maintain and grow. My fond memories are answering the phone as a child “Hello, Bill Butcher Plumbing and Heating, how may I help you?” My grandmother taught me alphabetical order by looking up our plumbing ads in the phonebook yellowpages – and to think about how later I became a Sales and Marketing Executive for Bellsouth/AT&T!! I am meant to be here doing what I do.

My driving force is in the details and getting organized so businesses can grow. Intentional strategy, procedures, communication, implementation, and documentation is key in successful daily operations. I always “have a plan and I’m working the plan.” I believe Strategy and Discipline is a living art, and, for me, it doesn’t have a 40-hour work week. It’s the way I’m built.
